The Highly Conceptual Nike ISPA 2020 Collection Gets Unveiled

Improvise, Scavenge, Protect, Adapt: These are the four principles that Nike ISPA live by. For 2020, the Swoosh sub-label has unveiled five brand new silhouettes that take sneaker design to an entirely new level. Highly conceptual in nature, these are capable of taking on the "unique and shifting challenges of the human-made environment".

Comprising of the ISPA Zoom Road Warrior, the ISPA Overreact, the ISPA Overreact Sandal, the ISPA Flow 2020, and the ISPA Drifter, each shoe looks like they've been taken straight from the prototype stage and put on your feet. The Road Warrior is inspired by a multitude of high intensity sports, while Overreact is done up with an insanely chunky React foam midsole that takes comfort and cushioning to another dimension.

This DNA is then replicated on the Overreact Sandal which is perfect for the sizzling summer months, while the Flow 2020 is the perfect amalgamation of breathability and support.

To round off the line-up, the coveted Drifter features a two-toe design that's a nod to traditional Japanese jika-tabi shoes that were invented in the early 20th century. Originally made as work boots, this modern reincarnation is infused with a rugged strap setup and a midsole that's midsole made partially of reground ZoomX foam.

Arriving alongside a wide range of apparel including jackets and bodysuits, the Nike ISPA 2020 Collection will roll out across the next few months, making its grand debut on July 9th with the Overreact followed by the Road Warrior on July 10th.
