Following on from the highly anticipated Jordan 4 "Zen Master", the Swoosh brand have transferred their galaxy-themed print to the Air Jordan 1. First we took a peep at the Jordan 1 Mid "Tie Dye", and now we get a first look at the Jordan 1 Low "Supernova". The latter in this list takes on slightly different tones to the other two Phil Jackson-inspired iterations, but it's clear to see they're from the same pack.
Quite unusually for this silhouette, canvas takes over the heel tab, whilst the usual smooth leather dresses the body and black overlays across the rest of the upper. The profile Nike Swooshes stand out loud and proud against the colourless background, matching to the breathable toe box at the front of the sneaker. A crisp-white midsole corresponds to this, yet there's a different story further down below.
A pleasing mint hue takes over the rubber outsole, matching to the intergalactic heel panelling above. Interspersed between these green tones are pops of pink and purple, making for one colourful but easily wearable shoe. Embroidered into the back of this AJ1 Low is Michael Jordan's legendary Wings insignia, and at the top of the black cushioned tongue we can find the Jumpman logo in the same aqua colour. All done up with a black lace unit, this Jordan 1 Low will definitely complete the pack once it's released.
Wear it with your favourite pair of joggers or jeans for the perfect 'fit. We think neutral colours would be best (black, white and grey) to allow the rainbow heel panelling to pop!
Don't forget to set your reminder for the Air Jordan 1 Low "Tie Dye" using the links on this page or head over to our app. We don't yet have a release date, but we'll be the first to let you know as soon as there is one. In the meantime, check out this UNC-inspired Jordan 1 Mid that's set to drop around a similar time, too.
