The KITH x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Paris” Celebrates the French Flagship Opening

After having only opened their doors to the general public ten years ago, NYC-based fashion and footwear retailer KITH has already placed itself in various locations on the world map, not only in the US but also in Asia where Japanese fashion fanatics received a warm welcome to the Tokyo store opening last summer. We can only assume that Ronnie Fieg and his team are aiming for worldwide domination with now Paris confirmed as their next location for a new commercial space. That being said, to celebrate the KITH Paris flagship opening, Fieg has hit the ground running with the Beaverton-based sportswear label to launch the highly anticipated KITH x Nike Air Force 1 Low "Paris". Though sneakerheads first expected this co-branded AF1s to be more accessible, it's officially confirmed to be one of the most exclusive Air Force 1s ever made so read on to find out more!

This latest offering still embodies everything that makes the Nike Air Force 1 so legendary, taking some of the Swoosh’s classic features and combining them with high-profile detailings, these are guaranteed to be an absolute banger.

Official photos of this all-new AF-1 variant shows the pair decked out with a crisp white tumbled leather base, perforations across the toe box for optimal breathability, and instantly-recognisable Swoosh logos across the lateral and medial side panels for the classic Nike aesthetic we all know and love. While all that sounds nothing out of the ordinary, upon closer inspection, you'll find that there's more than meets the eye.

While the midfoot panels exhibit a plethora of embossed and debossed KITH signature box logos, the sock liner is coated with sheen velvet fabric in navy joined with red hues on the tongue tips, all together boasting a triad of colorway that nods to the French flag. Further elevating the look of these Parisian-inspired shoes is a miniature-sized Swoosh delicately embroidered forefoot, metallic gold dubrae up front, rounded off with a chunky Nike Air midsole given an off-white makeover for a vintage effect.
