The Nike Air Max 1 LFC x LBJ Has Landed at SEVENSTORE

Having first surfaced towards the end of 2022, sneakerheads and football fans alike have been waiting to get their hands on the Nike Air Max 1 LFC x LBJ. Created to celebrate LeBron James buying a minority stake in the club, the model is now availble to buy from Merseyside’s own SEVENSTORE.

Arriving in the club’s colours (albeit less red than expected), the pair takes on a super-clean look, making them perfect for the slick city streets yet well-placed enough to bring a modern touch to the terrace. Black mudguards wrap their way around the lower portion of the upper, while the upper overlays are decked out in third kit green. A fresh white mesh base provides some much-needed contrast, while the team’s famed red hue peeks out from the sock liner. This all sits atop a sail-coloured sole unit, which comes complete with a glint of a green outsole and a red Air bubble.

In terms of branding hits, the front of the shoe stays relatively subtle, with Nike Air Max branding sitting proudly on the tongue tab. To the rear, debossed text takes over the heels, nodding to Fenway Sports Group, and the team’s anthem: You’ll Never Walk Alone. Liverpool-branded insoles add another subtle touch, and the pairs will touch down in special-edition boxes in celebration of the partnership.
