The Next Patta x Nike Collaboration Features A Sole-Swapped Air Max 90 & Air Max 95

Amsterdam label Patta joins Nike yet again and this could be their most radical collaboration yet. Unlike any of the previous exclusives, this upcoming collection features a brand-new silhouette. Well, it's actually the combination of two iconic trainers.

That's right, another sole-swap arrives this year, this time a fusion of the Air Max 90 and Air Max 95. Take a closer look at this hybrid shoe as well as the matching apparel as part of the the Patta x Nike 'Publicity. Publicity. Wohooooow!' Collection.

Patta's Creative Director Vincent Van de Waal explains the decision to pioneer this hybrid trainer:

“The Air Max 90 is a robust classic, and the 95 has always felt like a futuristic design; combining both forms a mix between classic and more technical design.”

The Patta x Nike Air Max 90/95 will be release in a simple colourway of black and red. Volt accents also feature to the tongue tab. Just like Skepta's Air Max BW, this collaborative shoe is likely to be followed up with a line-up of general releases.

Clothing pieces from the Patta x Nike 'Publicity. Publicity. Wohooooow!' Collection include varsity jackets and tees adorned with lettering inspired by Amsterdam's Schipol airport.

The full pack launches via Patta's online store and select retailers on Saturday, 20th October.
