The Nike Air Force 1 Jewel Nods to the Chicago Bulls

It seems like Nike is really going all out with the statement Air Force 1 designs this year, and the Nike Air Force 1 Jewel is no exception. Paying homage to the ‘90s Chicago Bulls uniform, this iteration uses subtle details and design elements to deliver a sneaker that’s nostalgic but no less wearable.

Much like other AF1 styles, the upper on this pair is crafted from luxe leather with breathable perforations at the side and on the toe box to enhance ventilation. Thin red stripes are embroidered throughout to nod to the Bulls and a gradient red Swoosh to the lateral side nicely rounds things off. The utility-style laces are also finessed with Bulls-red flecks and the heel comes in a ponyhair finish and is embroidered with “Chicago” lettering. All perfectly sat atop a crisp white midsole with a textured tread that delivers on grip, these AF1 get a huge thumbs up from us.
