The Nike Surplus Supply pack is the latest offering from the Swoosh brand that takes on the current outdoor-ready trend that’s swept the footwear industry by storm. Pioneered by those such as Travis Scott (with his Cactus Trails project) and Nike’s own ACG line, the trend is seemingly unstoppable.
The Air Max 95 and Air Max 90 are both treated to the Surplus Supply look and it’s safe to say it sits impeccably well across the two legendary silhouettes. If you’ve been searching for something different to add to your collection then could these just be your next cop?
Both pairs are decked out in olive-green and khaki-hued colourways for a militaristic appearance, while the main construction materials across the uppers seem to be canvas, suede and synthetics. The Air Max 95 showcases a conveniently-placed stash pocket on the tongue area, while the AM90 instead opts for a flight jacket style zipped cover over the laces, similar to that seen on Travis Scott’s AF1.
Underfoot, both pairs showcase white midsole that are rounded off with speckled outsoles, once again drawing inspiration from the legendary ACG (All Conditions Gear) sub-label. Orange details also feature across the sneakers adding the perfect touch of contrast and once again taking influence from military styles.
As it stands, both models from the Nike Surplus Supply pack are yet to receive an official release date, but rest assured as soon as more is announced we’ll be the first to let you know! Keep it locked right here at The Sole Supplier and be sure to check out the upcoming Stone Island x New Balance collaboration!
