The Nike Dunk Rebel "Iron Grey" Follows in The Footsteps of The "Panda" Iteration

Although it was met with hesitation on its first release, the Nike Dunk High Rebel or 'Up' has taken the world by storm by adding an extra-chunky look to what we normally know to be a streamlined silhouette. Now having seen a plethora of colourways, the Rebel is dialling back its colourful offering and toning it down with the "Iron Grey" iteration.

Upon first glance, you'll notice that there are three differing shades of grey used across this Dunk. Underfoot, a charcoal-type hue outlines the white rubber outsole and midsole, matching to the panelling above. Adding contrast to the overlays is the lighter-grey body, but this isn't where it ends. Shadow-effect panelling peeping out from the toe cap overlays and ankle panelling matches to the profile Nike Swooshes in a blue-grey tone, offering something different to what we've seen previously. Sitting on the top of the stand-out Nike Swooshes are the embroidered mini-Swooshes in a dark-grey colouring.
