When it comes to AJ1 collaborations, the Union LA x Air Jordan 1 has got to be one of the most successful to date. An amalgamation of some of the silhouette's most iconic colourways, it's now valued at over £600 a pop. Now, it looks like the Los Angeles-based boutique want to replicate this winning formula with the long awaited Union LA x Air Jordan 4, and here's what we know so far!
A rumour that first surfaced all the way back in summer of last year, ULA confirmed the collab via Twitter when they replied to two users with "Soon…" and "Gotta do your googles", clearly hinting that the recent leaks are indeed true.
Even though not much is known about the AJ4, Union's very own Chris Gibbs stated in an interview with Complex that it's going to be "a bit more risky" compared to his first Jumpman collab. We're not entirely sure what this is meant to mean, but it has got us hyped.
He also mentioned that he's "submitted designs for both apparel and for footwear" to Nike, so not only will we get a pair of fire kicks, we'll also get complementary apparel to boot.
Not much else us known about the Union LA x Nike Air Jordan 4, but it's expected to drop very soon, so make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier and we'll let you know as soon as anything official rolls in. In related news, the Off-White x Air Jordan 5 "Black" finally made its debut at Paris Fashion Week!
