The Yeezy 450 has got to be one of Kanye West's most experimental adidas sneakers to date. First teased all the way back in August 2018, the shoe was, and still is, unlike anything we've seen before. While it's pretty much been radio silence for almost two years, sneaker insiders Yeezy Mafia are now claiming that it's expected to launch very soon!

The brainchild of legendary footwear designer Steven Smith, who also worked on the New Balance 1500 and the Reebok InstaPump Fury, we caught a brief glimpse of this chunky trainer back in March when Ye was spotted rocking a pair during Paris Fashion Week. With a full knit upper, the 450, which was originally dubbed the 451, boasts a sock-like design that's extremely different when compared to earlier samples.

The insane sharktooth design surrounds the entire outer edge of the shoe, and rounding it all off is a zig-zag rubber outsole that's as unique as it gets, finalising the one-of-a-kind aesthetic.
At this moment in time, not much else is known about the adidas Yeezy 450, but we should expect them to drop sooner rather than later. Let us know what you think of these, and while you're here, you might as well get up close with the original Yeezy Boost 350 "Turtle Dove" and suede sample!
