The Yeezy 450 "Stone Teal" Is As Subtle As They Come

While things between Kanye West and adidas have been pretty turbulent lately, it doesn’t look like Yeezy production is set to slow down just yet. Even after the rapper unleashed a series of angry Instagram posts aimed at the company, new images of upcoming releases keep on coming, and the latest to surface is the Yeezy 450 “Stone Teal”.

At first glance, the “Stone Teal” Yeezy 450 looks undeniably familiar, and it's true that putting out slightly varying shades of the same earth-toned colour palette is nothing new for Ye’s brand. This colourway arrives in a hue that’s a little lighter than the previous “Utility Black” and “Dark Slate” 450 iterations and takes on a greyish-toned Primeknit upper that’s tinged teal towards the heel.

From here, the “Stone Teal” 450 assumes its usual construction - the silhouette's signature spiky sole unit is delivered in a grey shade, and a sock-like collar provides a secure fit. A pair of grey laces round out the colourway, making the teal detailing as subtle as it comes.
