The Yeezy 500 High "Slate" Is Releasing Next Week

Are you ready for the Yeezy 500 High "Slate"? Literally taking the Desert Rat silhouette to new heights, this is the first high top 500 that we've seen, and it's dropping on Monday, 16th December at 7am over at Foot Locker UK and adidas UK. First leaked back in summer, we're hyped to finally get these on feet, and here's why you should be too!

Arriving in an ultra clean "Slate", it's like a very dark grey with a tint of navy added to the mix, resulting in a pretty unique shade that'll work with any fit. Working on a plush neoprene base, buttery smooth suede makes up the majority of the upper, while premium leather elements also make an appearance. The lacing system that's made up of a series of ovals makes a return, while a high cut shape provides ample support.

Moving downwards, the same adiPRENE unit used on the "Blush" makes features, providing comfort and cushioning that knows no bounds. This is infused with non-marking tech so you won't be scuffing up any floors anytime soon.

While it definitely isn't for everyone, the Yeezy 500 High "Slate" is, hands down, one of this season's must cops.
