After getting a brief glimpse of the Yeezy 700 V3 "Triple Black" last week, we're now taking an official look at the Yeezy 700 MNVN "Phosphor", and it's made to turn heads. Taking Kanye West's renowned chunky silhouette and giving it a vibrant makeover, we have to admit that we were a bit skeptical when these first leaked all the way back in September 2018, but now, we think it's a definite cop.
Dipped in a striking neon yellow colour scheme, the upper replaces the usual suede, leather, and mesh construction with a durable nylon. Stealthy black accents make their way to the tongue, heel and midsole, which, unlike the "Azael" that's dropping at the end of this month, is made up of Boost cushioning.
Of course, you can't talk about the "Phosphor" without mentioning the massive 700 branding along the lateral side that's decked out in 3M. Additionally, a pull tab graces the heel for added convenience - a first for the retro model.
Launching in Spring 2020 alongside the "Orange" and the "Triple Black", the Yeezy 700 MNVN "Phosphor" is, hands down, the craziest Yeezy yet, so make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier and we'll let you know as soon as more news comes in!
