The Yeezy 700 has been one of the most popular Kanye West x adidas sneakers in existence, and now, the Yeezy 700 V3 Azael has finally arrived. A silhouette that laid the foundations to the chunky sneaker trend that you either love to hate or hate to love, here's everything that we know so far about the third-generation 700!
Painted in an 'Azael' colourway, this shoe was designed and created by adidas Vice President and Creative Director Mark Miner, who previously worked at Nike until 2014. Dipped predominantly in white, the upper is crafted from a foam and mesh construction, the former of which actually glows in low light conditions.
Contrast black detailing hits the tongue and sockliner, and the front of the shoe is dressed in a suede panel, acting as the only similarity between the 700 V3 Azael and its predecessors.
Interestingly enough, this 700 is the first one to not feature adidas' Boost technology in its midsole. While nothing has been 100% confirmed, it's safe to assume that adiPRENE cushioning will be used in its place. This shouldn't come as a surprise considering how popular that has been on the Yeezy 500.
Set to drop on December 20th, the Yeezy 700 V3 Azael is the perfect way to end the year, so make sure you keep it locked at this page and we'll keep you up to date with more release info as soon as it comes in!
