After getting a brief glimpse earlier this month, we're now getting our best look yet at the upcoming Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Asriel"! Teased as an alternate take on last year's "Yecheil", this brand new release takes its name from the Hebrew for "helped by God", which is a nod to Kanye West's religious beliefs.
Working on a stealthy black Primeknit base, instead of the "Yecheil"'s red and yellow tones, the "Asriel" plays around with blue and grey accents, resulting in a pretty understated look that is sure to go well with any fit you throw at it. A black mesh stripe shoots across the lateral side panels, while a line of stitching runs vertically across the centre of the upper for that classic Yeezy look.
We're not exactly sure what the midsole will look like, but from the above render we imagine that it'll be painted all black and infused with adidas Boost tech for comfort and cushioning that's off the charts.
Set to drop sometime in September, the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Asriel" is a definite must cop for any sneakerhead, so make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more release info as it develops! In related news, Kanye said he wouldn't mind of Nike brought back the Air Yeezy line!
