Back in 2017, Kanye West showcased the "Dark Green" at his Yeezy Season 4 presentation. A colourway that was sought-after by many sneakerheads back in the day, it was cancelled just two months later, marking the first ever Yeezy Boost 350 V2 to be shelved. Three years later, it looks like adidas is bringing back the coveted crep in the form of the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Sulfur", and apparently it's dropping this weekend!
Boasting the same rich olive hue that caught everyone's eyes in '17, the main difference here is that Ye has infused the Primeknit upper with his signature side stripe - a design feature that's been on every colourway since the "Static" in December 2018. Thick rope laces tie everything together, and towards the back, a pull tab is present for added convenience.
Moving downwards, you'll find an "Oxford Tan"-inspired Boost midsole, and this is lined with a healthy dose of gum rubber for durable traction with every step, rounding off what could possibly be Ye's most perfect earth-toned trainer.
According to multiple sources, the long-awaited adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Sulfur" will be launching at adidas US and Yeezy Supply on May 9th, with a European release yet to be officially confirmed. This is the exact same day that the "Cinder" and "Flax" are supposed to make a return, so it's safe to say that it's going to be a pretty busy day for sneakerheads!
Let us know if you'll be grabbing a pair, and while you're here, take your first look at the Yeezy 500 High "Tyrian"!
