There’s More Than Meets the Eye With This Air Force 1

Over the years, Nike has vowed to work towards creating a more sustainable production process, use more recycled materials and reduce its carbon footprint - and this Nike Air Force 1 ’07 SE ‘Light Sienna’ is the result of that. A cute kick inspired by the original 1982 basketball shoe, this particular iteration boats at least 10% recycled content by weight, meaning you can look good and do the planet some good.

Rather than being crafted from leather like the usual AF-1 we all know and love, this kick is made from a sustainable fabric. The botanical decoration on the heel represents the plant dye that’s used throughout the shoe and the neutral colour palette celebrates nature and nods to the shoe’s unique construction. The outsole is crafted from cork-infused rubber, the box is made from recycled cardboard and the midsole is, of course, fitted with the Swoosh brand’s iconic Air cushioning that keeps you comfy all day.
