This New Nike Dunk Low Features an "Oxidised" Effect

We know what you’re thinking - another day, another Dunk colourway, right? Just when it feels as if Nike could have put out every possible combination under the sun, the Swoosh brand continue to innovate with new finishes on the fan-fave silhouette. The latest pair to join the line-up is the all-new Dunk Low “Oxidized”, which sees the shoe take on more of a distressed look – a departure from the clean-cut classic two-tone pairs we’re used to seeing each week.

Starting off with a pretty pastel palette of white, blue and pink, the “Oxidized” Dunk Low sees the effect get applied to its grey and blue suede overlays, giving them a yellowed, worn-out vintage look. This contrasts with the bright white leather that makes up the base of the sneaker, as well as the clean white mesh panels that make up the tongue and collars.

A pretty-in-pink Nike Swoosh sweeps across the side of “Oxidized” Dunk’s sidewalls, and a pop of pink provides the base for steel-blue branding at the heel tab. The “Oxidized” Dunk colourway is tied together with a pair of blue laces, and a “Sail” and blue sole unit rounds off the design.
