When it comes to sneakers, the Travis Scott x Nike Air Force 1 "Cactus Jack" from 2018 is an absolute icon. Clean and earthy at the same time, it continues to resell for almost £800 even two years later. Now, it looks like the Swoosh could be replicating this winning formula with the Nike Air Force 1 Type "Light Ivory", and honestly, we think they're even nicer than La Flame's pair.
A deconstructed take on the classic Air Force 1, the "Light Ivory" is actually pretty minimal. Apart from the brown stitching and "N.354" text, the lateral panel is quite plain. With that said, the medial side switches things up a bit with a semi-translucent TPE quarter that bears a striking resemblance to some of Virgil Abloh's Off-White offerings.
To the heel, you'll find a velcro strap for the ultimate lockdown fit, and down below a reworked Nike Air midsole is lined with a slither of gum rubber, giving off real "Cactus Jack" vibes.
If, like us, you're obsessed with the Nike Air Force 1 Type "Light Ivory" then you need to listen up. Available now in China, we're expecting this AF1 to make its way to European shores very soon, so make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier if you want a pair this season! Let us know what you think of this colourway, and while you're here, make sure you check out the Travis Scott-inspired Nike Sportswear "Cactus" Tee collection!
