Tuck Into the Social Status x Nike Dunk Mid "Free Lunch" Collection

Rumours of the Social Status x Nike Dunk Mid "Free Lunch" Collection have been making their rounds for quite some time now. First leaked back in May in two Dunk Low variants, we now know that those will be exclusive to little ones, while adults will be getting the Mid version - and here's our closest look yet!

Taking inspiration from the free lunch programs that operate in the US during summer, these types of initiatives have been helping underserved communities for generations. The "Soft Pink" is painted in a beige, pink, and red palette that's a nod to strawberry milk, while the "Burnt Brown" opts for a more earthy scheme that is influenced by chocolate milk. "Ingredients" are printed on the medial heel as an ode to cereal boxes while the tongue tags pay homage to free lunch tickets.

Across the sidewalls you'll find a see-through Nike Swoosh that mimics a straw, and to round it all off, both Dunks come in a special edition shoebox that is a display piece in itself.
