Premium boutique A Ma Manieré has quickly found its footing as one of Jordan Brand’s go-to collaborators, and the duo are looking to take the partnership a step further in 2024 as another joint project has appeared on the horizon. With two Air Jordan 5 colourways still expected to land towards the end of this year, sneaker leakers are speculating that James Whitaker and Jordan Brand’s next focus is likely to be the Air Jordan 17 Low, which will once again land in two colourways and come treated to a premium finish.
Though the AJ17 may seem like a fringe pick, it looks as if there will be a big push around the model next year, as Jordan is also rumoured to bring back the silhouette in its “Lightning” colourway. The AMM pairs, however, are much more toned-down, as the first is expected to land in a calming “Beach” colourway, with sandy-toned uppers and hints of sea blue that references the brand’s beachfront establishment in Folly Beach. The pair also comes embellished with chrome accents, channelling that uber-luxe vibe AMM is known for. The second pair is expected to come in a more outdoorsy “Cabin” themed-colourway, though no early mock-ups have surfaced thus far.
Any pricing or release date info is still yet to be confirmed, but chances are this is just one of the releases that the duo is readying for the year ahead. Stay locked to The Sole Supplier for more images and info in the meantime, and why not check out Salehe Bembury's next New Balance collab.
