Two New Paperboy Paris x BEAMS x New Balance Made in UK Silhouettes Have Surfaced

When it comes to collabs, Paperboy Paris, BEAMS and New Balance all know what they’re doing. Having all played a part in the highly sought-after “Fried Egg” collection, all three brands are set to come together to drop two new collaborative New Balance sneakers. Looking to two Made in UK silhouettes for inspo, the trio has put their spin on the New Balance 920 and 1500 in homage to the Boston-born brand’s Flimby factory here in the UK.

First spotted outside Paperboy’s Paris store, the two pairs offer a super-clean take on both silhouettes. In true New Balance fashion, they look to be constructed from a premium mix of soft suede and breathable mesh. Arriving in tonal colourways, the 920 sports a grey and white make-up, whilst the 1500 features pops of icy blue for added detailing.

Right now, there are only a couple of images to work with, but Paperboy did take to Instagram to tease the upcoming link-up with an animated graphic. Featuring an igloo motif, the graphic alludes to the icy colour palette seen on the kicks – and we wouldn’t be surprised to see the illustration incorporated into some matching apparel, too.

The Paperboy Paris x BEAMS x New Balance collection is expected to drop on the 21st June on Paperboy Paris.
