It's been almost 30 years since the release of the first women's Air Max silhouette, the Air Verona back in 1992 and now the Swoosh brand are bringing the sneaker into the present day with this updated design. Introducing the Nike Air Max Verona, the women's exclusive silhouette that's recently been unveiled and is set to release in February. Nike puts a focus on creating a fresh, new and contemporary looking sneaker that's all about bringing maximum attitude to your everyday fits.
2020 marks the 30th Anniversary of one of the most iconic streetwear silhouettes, the Air Max 90. The women's Air Max Verona borrows similar design aspects from the AM90 with the signature Air unit that's framed with a bulky midsole that delivers the maximum level of cushion underfoot.
As you take a closer look at the shoe your attention is drawn to the detailed upper, with handcrafted style embroidery and the chunky, squared heel that's like no other Sportswear sneaker out there.
To celebrate the release of this women's sneaker UNKWN has created a campaign that's set to air at the Super Bowl LIV in Miami on the 1st February, part of Nike's "The Future is in the Air"; set. The campaign is inspired by the female exclusive silhouette and features three powerful women from the industry including, Bodine Koehler, Gelareg Midrahi and Sashà de Oliveira. de Oliveira, Koehler and Midrahi express how the Air Max Verona works for them in their individual professions, with hectic lifestyles that require a stylish, comfortable shoe that goes with everything.<del></del>
The women's Nike Air Max Verona is set to release next month in a collection of pastel colourways. If you're looking to cop it yourself make sure you keep it locked to The Sole Supplier to find out as soon as it releases!
