Vans Slip-On Sales Grew by 7,800% Since Squid Game's Series Premiere

Created by Hwang Dong-Hyuk, the survival series has taken the world completely by storm, and even though it hasn't been out for the long time, it's predicted to be the streaming service's most popular show ever. Now, more than ever, people are playing "Red Light, Green Light" and making dalgona candy. They're also buying more all-white Vans Slip-On trainers than ever too.

Since its debut, Google Trends data has shown that searches for the "Triple White" colourway have increased by a whopping 7,800%. A shoe normally worn by skaters, now everyone and their dog wants a pair in their collection. Not only do lovers of the show want to channel Sae-byeok vibes, they also want to make sure their Halloween fits are on points this year.
