Virgil Abloh Teases The BAPE x Off-White BAPESTA

With the legendary Off-White x Nike collection reportedly coming to an end, Virgil Abloh was recently spotted rocking what could be his next big collab!

Teased during his hotly anticipated Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2019 runway show, where he showed off a wide range of Michael Jackson-inspired pieces, Abloh was seen rocking a pair of BAPE x Off-White BAPESTAs.

Painted in a predominantly black colour scheme, the shoe is crafted from what looks to be alligator leather. Just like the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 'Black', the medial side is graced with Off-White's signature industrial branding, while "SHOELACE"; text is stamped on the white laces. To round it all off, a stainless steel "BAPE"; branded lace lock completes the design.

Pretty much nothing else is known about the BAPE x Off-White BAPESTA. Could this be a one-of-one shoe? A fire custom? Or Off-White's next big collaboration?
