The new collection from adidas Originals and Wales Bonner’s ongoing partnership has just landed, and it’s cementing Wales Bonner’s rank as a household name.

Keeping true to her aesthetic and house codes, Grace Wales Bonner is introducing two Gazelle silhouettes – one snake-print leather upper and one pony hair. You may have also spotted Wales Bonner on the pitch: footballer Myles Lewis Skelly recently donned some custom Wales Bonner x Adidas faux snakeskin Predators at a Southampton match.

Wales Bonner said adiós to her signature low profile Sambas, and is moving on to other pursuits. This time, it’s a running shoe. Grace Wales Bonner’s new venture is the Adizero Adios Mesh sneaker, a cool performance running shoe with a brown mesh upper, suede details and a braided-effect on the tongue. The Adizero Adios Mesh – based on a silhouette originally crafted for marathon runners – merges the technical aspects of an adidas running shoe like the arched outsole, Adiprene+ technology and cushioning with Wales Bonner’s signature tailoring and stitching techniques. But, this isn’t the first time that the British-Jamaican designer has played with a running silhouette. In her previous adidas drop she had included the WB Adios Neftenga, another technical running shoe with a vibrant yellow/black colourway. 

The British designer is also bringing two new takes of the Karintha, a low profile silhouette that adidas Originals by Wales Bonner put out in the more recent collections. The Karintha Lo includes an off-white base with black stripes and a black base with white stripes – two understated and timeless colourways – as well as a woven iteration that was teased at the designer’s SS26 runway show.

The new capsule collection also features a tight lineup of clothing featuring a pink track top, a track jacket and a track pant.
