Without a shadow of a doubt, the Yeezy Boost 380 'Alien' is one of the most hyped sneakers of the year. A shoe that we first reported on back in August when it was dubbed the Yeezy Boost 350 V3, it has gone through a ton of design changes since then, and we're now taking our best look yet thanks to these new images from sneaker insider @sneakerjamz!
Featuring a full Primeknit for a comfortable sock-like fit, the 'Alien' is covered in a glitch camo-like print. Compared to previous samples, it's a lot greyer with the majority of the cream making its way to the bottom half of the upper. A breathable mesh area makes its way to the lateral and medial panels, complete with a series of much larger holes that form the unique lacing system.
Moving down towards the midsole, the semi-transparent unit is touched up with light green tones for an extraterrestrial aesthetic. While it looks like it should glow in the dark, this hasn't been confirmed yet so it's safe to assume that it won't. Inside, you'll find adidas' iconic Boost technology for comfort and cushioning that's above the rest. This is finished off with a unique outsole that's as wavy as it gets.
In terms of a release date, the Yeezy Boost 380 'Alien' is set to drop on November 16th and will be priced at around £200. Pretty much nothing else is known, but according to rumours, they're going to be insanely limited, so make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier if you want to cop! Something that's also worth mentioning is that a Yeezy Boost 350 V3 could still be in the works, so stay tuned!
