If you’ve been following the sneaker scene for a while now you’ll know just how the Air Jordan 1 ‘85 “Neutral Grey” is. If you’re not aware, it was one of the first AJ1 colorways to release all the way back in 1985 and it’s pretty much the only pair that’s never seen a re-release!
Rumours of a re-release (35 years after the OG launch) have been circulating for a while now, with reputable sneaker source @zsneakerheadz giving us a first look at the pair in the flesh. Will you be looking to cop this ultra-clean Jordan release? Read on for more details right here at The Sole Supplier!
The pair look set to be crafted from premium quality leather throughout and are decked out in a primarily white colorway, with the legendary neutral grey details showcased across the Swoosh logos on either side and the suede panels at the collar. Classic Air Jordan details such as the Wings logo at the collar and Nike Air branding at the tongue are present as ever, along with the OG hang tag for a vintage feel.
This is all placed neatly onto a white rubber midsole that conceals a full-length Nike Air cushioning unit, meaning these are more than suitable for daily wear throughout the city. If the rumours are true, these will likely be one of the hottest Jordan pairs in a long time and won’t be an easy cop.
The Nike Air Jordan 1 ‘85 “Neutral Grey” is still yet to be confirmed by Nike or Jordan Brand, but rest assured as soon as more details surface we’ll let you know. In the meantime, keep it locked in here at The Sole Supplier and while you’re here check out the red-hot Nike TN Air Max Plus “Lava”!
