As BAPE turned 30 in 2023, the milestone saw various brand collaborations and limited-edition releases to celebrate the anniversary. The A BATHING APE BAPESTA #1 SK8 “Green Blue” flaunts a gradient colour palette with a soothing green and blue combination.

Founded in 1993 by Japanese creative Nigo, BAPE cemented its legacy as one of the most popular streetwear brands built upon years of prominence and limited-edition collaborative endeavours. Now in its 30th year, the brand remains as distinguished as ever, thanks to its signature star motif and BAPE camouflage aesthetic. This BAPE SK8 STA colourway features a predominantly blue premium leather upper, with light green accents encompassing the toe. Meanwhile, we have some gradient details in the vamp and quarter panels as the two hues collide. The signature BAPE star logo and brand labels on the tongue and heel come in white to contrast the cool colour palette. Meanwhile, a “93” branding on the lateral rubber piece honours BAPE’s year of establishment. The white rubber sole completes this aesthetically pleasing colour scheme.
