The adidas Climacool 02/17 White Aqua is the perfect marriage of old and new. adidas first unveiled this silhouette as part of the 15 year anniversary which celebrates ClimaCool technology. While it’s a homage to the long standing heritage of this line, the 02/17 brings a much needed modern overhaul.
The trademarked Climacool mesh features across a contemporary and striking silhouette. It’s more unassuming than the OG with a rising upper that sits higher at the ankle. Thanks to a neoprene heel patch at the rear, these sit close to the foot with that adaptive comfort so popular in today’s footwear scene.
This is a womens exclusive colourway, one of several arriving this August. A white upper features tonal details throughout including white three stripes across the sidewall as well as a tonal midsole underfoot. OG ClimaCool branding features to the tongue and a subtle hit of aqua contrasts at the rear.
