The adidas Samba 62 "Black" takes one of adidas’ most iconic silhouettes and brings it back to its roots. Originally designed in 1950 for football training on icy pitches, the Samba has grown into a lifestyle essential while maintaining its classic design cues. The '62 edition honors the model’s heritage, allowing you pair up this piece of footwear history with your favourite denim.
This version features a premium black leather upper, reinforced with suede overlays on the toe cap for added durability. Serrated three stripes on the sidewall stay true to the minimalist aesthetic, while reinforced eyelets enhance the shoe’s longevity. A modernized dual-toned outsole adds a contemporary twist, while the original cutouts in the outsole, designed to improve traction on the pitch, make a return—paying homage to the Samba’s performance-driven origins.
Releasing on Thursday, 23rd January 2025, the adidas Samba 62 "Black" will retail for £150. You can find out where to buy the adidas Samba 62 "Black" by keeping it locked to The Sole Supplier!
