Kasina x adidas Samba Off White Khaki

South Korea’s premier streetwear and sneaker retailer, Kasina, participated in the inaugural adidas Consortium Cup in early 2023, where the brand reached the semifinals before falling against the tournament’s eventual overall champion, London-based Offspring. Fortunately for fans, Kasina’s first-round entry will hit the shelves in late 2023. The Kasina adidas Samba “Off White Khaki” reimagines the timeless terrace trainer in soft, neutral tones highlighted by vibrant accents ideal for spring and summer.

Contending against 16 globally renowned sneaker retailers, Kasina entered the four-week-long adidas Consortium Cup with high hopes as the famed South Korean streetwear concept store aims for global expansion. The tournament semi-finalists earned the opportunity to bring their adidas Sambas to life, and it’s landing soon alongside other brand entries. This rendition flaunts a crisp white leather base with grey suede 3-Stripes and light grey overlays covering the signature T-toe and eyestay. Vibrant yellow pigments envelop the co-branded tongue labels and leather heel tab, bringing spring energy in full bloom. Meanwhile, a pink floral graphic decorates the lateral rear. The sockliner features the same floral symbol surrounded by a “Spring Of The Four Seasons Pack” branding, seemingly inspired by a series of concertos of Italian baroque musician Antonio Vivaldi. The clean, low-profile rubber sole completes the fan-favourite adidas Samba.
