Wales Bonner x adidas Samba Desert White

London-based designer Grace Wales Bonner is back with all-new colourways of the legendary adidas Samba for 2024. Celebrating the 10th anniversary of the eponymous fashion label, the limited-edition Wales Bonner x adidas Samba “Desert White” boasts the award-winning designer’s signature design ethos, infusing European heritage with the profound Afro-Atlantic aesthetic.

This tasty iteration features a light brown leather upper, reinforced with beige suede accents on the T-toe overlay and eyestay. Crisp white leather materials form the heel tab and textured 3-Stripes on the sides, evoking an exotic look. Swathes of blue engulf the inner lining, contrasting the predominantly neutral-toned makeover. Gilded embossed “Wales Bonner” branding appears on the quarter panel, while co-branded labels embellish the faux croc skin tongue and mesh sockliners. The two-tone laces blend olive green and blue for further visual contrast. The remarkable upper sits atop the classic gum rubber sole, preserving the terrace icon’s DNA.
