adidas Samba x Wales Bonner Ectrin Brown

A favourite from the summer 2023 drop, there is no wonder why the Wales Bonner x adidas Samba "Ectrin Brown" is a grail for many footwear lovers out there.

Sat atop a dark gum midsole, the likes of which featured on both of the adidas Wales Bonner Samba '21 editions, sets the base for this timeless palette. Above, the upper is crafted from a premium beige leather, with the brands moniker printed onto the outside heel in a dark brown. Making a return is the extended tongue, a nod to the silhouette’s ‘80s version which was most commonly used as an indoor football shoe. Balancing the clash of dark and light is the pale-yellow 3-Stripes and cream laces, details that set this pair aside from past colourways. Once again the heel tab is hand stitched, a detail that has graced many of Bonner’s projects and speaks to the overall quality of its collaborations.
