Gary Aspden introduces high-heat styles for the adidas SPZL Pre-Spring 24 collection featuring updated versions of classic models. After the successful AW23 capsule, the legendary designer and 3-Stripes curator has explored fresh design options appropriate for the season. The adidas Gazelle SPZL “Chalk White” draws back to the mid-90s with a vintage-inspired makeover and a material update, breathing new life to the iconic terrace shoe.

This sleek trainer flaunts a cream white denim upper, a nod to the Italia Denim SPZL from the previous year. Pure white tones envelop the serrated 3-Stripes and heel tab, offering a clean contrast. A gilded “Gazelle SPZL” label embellishes the lateral sidewall. Replacing the typical bluebird print, the brown leather patch on the tongue comes into play, boasting the Trefoil and Mod Trefoil logos for a more classy approach. The cream white rubber foxing features rough textures around the edges, covering the herringbone gum rubber sole underneath.
