Kasina is a popular street-wear retailer in South Korea which is famed for their impressive range of sneakers matched with some of the top-selling hype brands. Joining forces with adidas, their interpretation of the Superstar is one which focuses on simplicity and ultra premium materials.
The white coloured leather across the upper is super soft and adaptable. This features three stripes along the sidewall but rather than opting for the conventional embossed aesthetic, they’re simply outlined using stitching. It gives a more deconstructed look to the timeless silhouette.
As the name would suggest, the Kasina Superstar Boost boasts impressive technology underfoot. For the most part, this is hidden but a layer of that heavenly cushioning is visible to the inner side midsole. To complete the design, the lettering ‘1971’ is printed along the heel.
