Ocean Environmental Group Parley are responsible for cleaning the world’s ocean’s, one plastic bag at a time. In an effort to combat the threat to our eco-system, trash is collected from beaches across the globe. This same material is now recycled and used to make adidas footwear.
Although it features such a modern use of material, the Parley x Ultra Boost 4.0 Carbon Blue looks like any other Primeknit release. That soft upper sits close to the foot and ensures breathable comfort with every stride. The only contrast comes to the heel in the form of a vibrant blue overlay.
To balance the look, a chunky slab of white Boost sits underfoot complete with a sticky gum outsole courtesy of Continental. Finally, adidas x Parley branding is stamped throughout.
