This Contender-S draws inspiration from the revered Kitsune mask that represents the fox spirit and which is revered for its deep spiritual significance in Japanese culture. This shoe has a “Snow White” breathable mesh base. The suede toe cap and wraparound mudguard are in complementary beige. “High Risk Red” joins the mix via the RunBird logo outlines on either side of the shoe, the tongue lining, the heel accents and the kanji symbol embroidered on the heel tabs.
