New Balance's collection of streetwear sneakers welcomes another collaborative version, calling London-based Nigerian designer Mowalola Ogunlesi to deliver the hybrid NB9060 silhouette a makeover. Here we have the Mowalola x New Balance 9060 colourway, first seen at the Mowalola Spring/Summer 2023 runway show in Paris.

The New Balance 9060 is a lifestyle model that fuses two notable New Balance shoes: the legendary New Balance 990 and the retro runners New Balance 860. This version from Mowalola uses a mix of leather and mesh accents predominantly coloured in black but contrasted with hits of purple via the "N" logos on the side, eyestays, forefoot and heel overlays. The design is complete with an exaggerated ABZORB-cushioned midsole unit underfoot.
