New Balance 9060 Blacktop

The New Balance 9060 enters "Blacktop", a colourway that holds attention on the sway bars borrowed from the 990 and expanded across the entire upper. Wavy lines and enlarged proportions carry into a sculpted pod midsole, where ABZORB and SBS sit beneath an exaggerated reading of the 99X cushioning platform.

The model works as a warped take on familiar 99X detailing, leaning into the visible tech aesthetic of the Y2K era. These lines continue across the upper, adding a sense of motion to the design. One to consider for a clean daily rotation.
