The special-edition Kobe Bryant x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Linen” pays homage to the Los Angeles Lakers throwback jerseys. This pair draws inspiration from the alternate uniforms worn by the Black Mamba and the Lakers in the 2004-2005 NBA season as a tribute to the old-school Minneapolis team, which deviates from the beloved purple and gold colour scheme seen in previous Kobe x AF1 editions.
This timeless sneaker flaunts a linen brown upper with trademark sheath logos on the foxing and insole to honour Bryant’s legacy. A light blue hue with royal blue edges envelops the Swoosh on the sidewalls and Nike branding on the tongue to match the Minneapolis Lakers’ colour code. The embroidered “8” on the back tab nods to Kobe’s first jersey number before transitioning to “24”. The elevated rubber cupsole equips an encapsulated Air unit that nearly runs full length for adequate cushioning. Court-ready traction patterns on the outsole deliver an excellent grip on any surface.
