Nike has unearthed another grail from the Kobe Vault, releasing an extremely rare Player Exclusive colourway for the first time. Debuting in 2026, the Kobe Bryant x Nike Air Force 1 Low Protro “Denim” pays homage to the 20th anniversary of the elusive PE from 2006, which remains one of the most mysterious pairs in the Black Mamba’s sneaker portfolio. Whether you’re a longtime Kobe fan or a serious collector, this iteration gives us a chance to own a must-have piece of footwear history.
This AF1 Low flaunts a two-tone denim construction with subtly frayed textures on the edges that get better with age. A bright orange hue envelops the outsole and stitching for a pop of colour. An embroidered sheath logo adorns the lateral foxing, complementing the classic Nike labels on the tongue and insole. The trademark Swoosh covers the sidewalls, staying true to the silhouette’s iconic look. This Protro edition utilises an improved cushioning system headlined by the ReactX drop-in midsole and heel Air unit for all-day comfort.
Launching via the Nike GB website and select UK retailers, you can find out where to buy the Kobe Bryant x Nike Air Force 1 Low Protro “Denim” by keeping it locked to The Sole Supplier!
