Air Jordan 1 KO True Blue Topaz Gold

Not many people know that the Air Jordan 1 KO was first released in 1985, not long after the OG Air Jordan 1. There’s even been a rumour that the “KO” of the canvas-clad AJ1KO stood for “knockoff,” which has neither been confirmed nor denied by Jordan Brand. Nevertheless, this shoe is here to stay as the brand has been rolling out new colourways every once in a while. Introducing one of the latest iterations of the model, the Air Jordan 1 KO “True Blue Topaz Gold”.

This high-top AJ1KO has an all-canvas upper. Most of the shoe is royal blue except for the toe box. The toe box is topaz gold, matching the laces, the collar flaps and the signature profile Swooshes on both the medial and the lateral mid-panels. Topaz gold repeats on the tongue tab branding and the Nike logo on the insoles. The Wings logos on the collar flaps, on the other hand, are royal blue. A sail-coloured midsole and a royal blue rubber outsole finish off the whole ensemble.
