Year after year, Jordan Brand and Nike never fail to amaze the masses with their impressive line-up of releases. While a lot of retro colourways make a comeback through different models, new ensembles also pop up on the radar with a lot of story behind them. The Air Jordan 3 Cardinal is a pair that fits within that category, and even if you're not a die-hard Jordan fan, these should still be a no-brainer cop. Official images are now live so read on as we dive deeper!
Pulling inspiration from the Air Jordan 7 "Cardinal" that made its debut in 1992, this AJ3 variant comes in with a neat combo of white, cardinal red, light curry, and cement grey. The uppers indulge in pebbled leather textiles for a premium look and the classic elephant print pattern is maintained to ensure that the original aesthetic of the AJ3 is present.
Branding comes in the form of a Jumpman logo embroidered onto the tongue and embossed onto the heel for a signature look, while there’s no Swoosh branding across this pair at all. The curved toe box, lace-up fastening, and visible Air unit underfoot rounds off this Air Jordan 3.
