Looking back to Nike’s golden era, you can look forward to a series of OG styles for this 30th anniversary celebration. As a remake of a classic while featuring state of the art innovations, this Air Max 1 brings the best of old and new.
As an ‘Ultra’ version, you can expect that tough protection against the elements matched with premium details throughout. A lightweight mesh layer features in white and gives that soft and secure lock-down fit. It’s both breathable and durable, while giving that classic look.
Staying true to the original colour theme, a red suede mudguard hits the lower half while a beige synthetic overlay adds protection to the lace surround. This material is easy to wipe clean of mud and dirt, keeping these kicks looking fresher for longer.
To compliment that striking upper, a white midsole sits underfoot and comes fitted with a visible Air Unit in the heel. Complimenting in a shade of red, it’s another OG style cue that takes us right back to the old school. Finally, the lettering ‘3.26’ is stamped to the tongue as a nod to the 30th anniversary Air Max Day celebrations.
