Nike Air Rift Light Bone Honeydew

One of Nike’s most unique footwear designs returns for a new batch of colourways. The Nike Air Rift serves various purposes as a minimalist running shoe and an all-around casual shoe. This Nike Air Rift “Light Bone Honeydew” flaunts a clean makeover with light tones for a summer-friendly approach.

When it comes to running footwear, Nike always dared to be unique and different. From the Air Max line to the Nike Free series, Nike introduced various innovations for different levels of runners. In 1995, the Nike Air Rift arrived, and it’s one of the most unique running models of the time. Named after the Great Rift Valley, the shoe took design inspiration from Kenyan barefoot runners and Japanese tabi shoes. The Air Rift has a lightweight mesh base with a split-toe design and hook-and-loop straps to achieve the barefoot sensation. Nike Zoom Air cushioning in the heel delivers plenty of comfort and impact protection to reduce stress on the feet when running. The rubber sole mimics the foot for a more authentic barefoot feeling.

This colourway features a beige suede makeover with light green tones on the embroidered Swoosh and upper lining. Lime green accents adorn the rubber sole for consistency of colours.
