The Air Zoom Generation 1 may seem bulky given today’s standards, also given the sleeker profile of the LeBron 20, however make no mistake as the shoe is still packed with Nike technology. Nubuck graces the forefoot and eyestay overlays, while a hairy suede forms the sidewall and toe box panels, adding durability to the silhouette that spent its time dominating the courts back in 2003. Finishing off this piece of basketball royalty is an icy outsole underfoot, taking nods from the iconic Air Jordan 11 which popularised the feature.
