The NikeLAB Air Zoom Chalapuka Hazelnut is an exclusive re-release of a classic silhouette. First debuted in 2001, this iconic sneak made a huge impression. Surprisingly, Nike chose to archive the design for over 15 years. Considered ahead of its time, the impressive performance features and contemporary look can soon be enjoyed.
That’s right, the Air Zoom Chalapuka is back and ready to cause some hype once again. Given the success of earlier Quick Strike models for 2016 – including the Nike Spiridon – we’re expecting this pair to fly off the shelves.
Four colourways have been unveiled include a full black design, as well a Vachetta White and Beige Orange. This Hazelnut colourway opts for the boldest look of the collection thanks to a full navy mesh upper. It’s contrasted with the rich brown suede overlays to the heel, lace surround and toe.
As you can see, it’s that cut-out construct which makes this design so unique. While it looks great, you can also enjoy some breathability and lightweight comfort. To compliment, a chunky white midsole sits underfoot and a mini Swoosh is stamped to the rear.
The NikeLAB Air Zoom Chalapuka Hazelnut is scheduled to release on Thursday 28th July via the retailers on the right hand side.
