Famed designer Jun Takahashi is the man behind Japanese label Undercover. Their influence across the street-wear scene is hard to deny and many will be familiar with their many Swoosh collaborations.
This time around, they opt for an eye-catching transformation of the iconic Daybreak. This 70s running silhouette is blasted into the future with a spaceship-inspired look that is simply out of this world.
The low profile design stays entirely true to the original. In fact, the front of the shoe appears almost identical to the original. That said, as you move towards the rear, the Undercover Daybreak gets completely outrageous. A geometric shape covers a suede heel panel with speckled details, just for added effect!
A contrasting white midsole features underfoot with branding stamped along the heel. Finally, those stealthy uppers are complimented with a set of matching black laces as well as tonal Swoosh across the sidewall.
The Undercover x Nike Daybreak Black is scheduled to release on 21st June via the retailers listed.
