Bronx Girls Skate x Nike SB Dunk Low Black

The limited-edition Bronx Girls Skate x Nike SB Dunk Low “Black” is a love letter to one of New York’s five boroughs. Founded in 2020 by friends Kava Vasquez and Mel Ramirez, BXGS empowers female skaters not only in New York City but all over the world, inspiring the current and next generation to achieve their dreams. This debut collaboration with Nike SB marks a significant milestone for the Bronx Girls Skate as it continues to influence its community’s skateboarding scene.

This premium skate shoe features a stingray-inspired texture throughout the black leather upper, establishing a durable design that can handle wear and tear. The vibrant green, red, and orange accents on the piping pay homage to the NYC Subway, complementing the metallic gold “NY” hardware on the rear. A clean white Swoosh covers the lateral and medial quarter, complementing the co-branded labels and BXGS graffiti on the outer and inner tongue portions. A golden BXGS lace dubrae celebrates the borough’s pioneering hip-hop culture, while assorted embroidered motifs animate the interior collar for additional storytelling. The debossed “The Bronx” and “The World” callouts appear on the midsole’s heel section. Inspiring messages from the founders, along with a world map and the outline of the Bronx, decorate the Zoom-equipped sockliner. A dark, semi-translucent rubber cupsole delivers the finishing touches to this collaborative SB Dunk Low.
